Kirk is an Associate in the Atlanta office of Herman Jones LLP. His practice focuses on complex litigation cases, including securities, whistleblower, class action, intellectual property and cryptocurrency litigation matters.

Prior to joining Herman Jones, Kirk practiced at Lewis Brisbois as a general liability litigation attorney, and started his legal career as a workers’ compensation defense attorney at a mid-sized firm in Lawrenceville, GA.

Kirk received his BS in Physics from Oglethorpe University. He received his JD from the Emory University School of Law.  Kirk represented Oglethorpe for four years on their tennis team and enjoys playing and coaching tennis in his spare time.
