Herman Jones LLP Has Filed a Class Action Lawsuit Against Live Nation Entertainment and Ticketmaster
On May 29, 2024, Herman Jones LLP filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, styled Stevens v. Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. and Ticketmaster L.L.C., No. 1:24-cv-4106, on behalf of consumers affected by the defendants’ anticompetitive actions. The Lawsuit alleges that Live Nation and Ticketmaster worked to eliminate competition in the live entertainment industry to the detriment of fans, artists and venues.
