Herman Jones LLP Commences Investigation for Binance Exchange Users

Herman Jones LLP is Investigating Claims for Binance Exchange Users Who May Have Been Harmed by the BNB Chain Hack

Recently, Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, disclosed that hackers stole 2 million of its BNB tokens worth nearly $570 million. According to Binance, the hackers targeted a cross-chain bridge that connected the BNB Smart Chain and the BNB Beacon Chain, enabling the hackers to generate BNB directly to wallets under their control. The hackers appear to have been able to move more than $100 million in coins to other blockchains. Prior to the breach, BNB tokens were trading at $294.93 per coin. Since the hack occurred, the value of BNB tokens has declined by as much as nine percent, with tokens trading for as low as 268.45 per coin.

Herman Jones LLP (www.hermanjones.com) is investigating potential claims on behalf of individuals who may have been harmed by Binance’s failure to keep their cryptocurrency assets safe and secure.

IF YOU HAVE HELD BNB TOKENS AND BELIEVE THAT YOU WERE HARMED BY THE BNB CHAIN HACK, you may have standing to hold Binance responsible for the company’s possible bad acts. You may also be able to assist in reforming the company’s practices to prevent future wrongdoing.
